Privacy by Design — No Plaintext Passwords
LoginMaster's architecture ensures that no password is ever exposed in plaintext during the dark web verification process.
Only the username is shared
The LoginMaster Tenant sends only the username (or email) to the Kokishin service — never the password, neither in plaintext nor in encrypted form.
Kokishin analyzes the dark web
If the analysis service detects one or more matches, the passwords found on the dark web are returned to the customer's Tenant — not to LoginMaster Cloud.
Local verification with Tenant encryption
The customer's Tenant encrypts the received passwords with its own key and compares them with the stored ones. This way, nobody — not even the Tenant itself — ever knows the user's plaintext password.
